The Inspection Process
Booking an inspection is made easy through our website by simply clicking one of our “Schedule Now” buttons. Afterwards, clients receive messages and updates about the inspection. In addition, a contract is sent out as well that should be completed before an inspection, along with payment. Then, on the day of the inspection, we complete an in depth look at the house. We view every detail from the exterior to finally the interior. Afterwards, we complete the report as soon as possible, sometimes on site, and send it to you and your agent. When you view it you have the ability to create a repair request straight from the report.
